Lighthouse Leadership has been facilitating Exciting, Experiential & Enjoyable Out Bound Training (OBT) for companies across industries in and around Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad.

Our OBTs inculcate & develop Teamwork, Team bonding  Personality Development & Leadership Skills.  We have coached  functional teams (Finance, Admin, Sales, HR)  to work cohesively using OBT as a methodology to bring out the best in people.

We conduct OBTs with over 150 different Innovative  Games & Activities, facilitated by our expert team of trainers.  We have been indigenously developing various games & activities to make the learning more effective & applicable.  A good blend of Indoor & Outdoor activities help us drive the training needs & meet organisational goals. Special activities around the Campfire during overnight stay  help build collaboration among teams & departments.
